Returns & Exchanges
We hope you enjoy everything you buy from us. If you need to make a return or exchange, we want to make it simple and convenient for you. If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
YALA products purchased online at yaladesigns.com may be returned or exchanged unconditionally within 30 days of original purchase as long as they have not been washed or worn. Please be aware that opened, non-defective bedding is not returnable.
When sending your return please complete the Returns Form you received with your order, or print a copy of the Returns Form. Please include this form when you mail your return back to the address below. Credits will be made back to your original method of payment. Please allow 3 weeks from the day you return your package for your account to be credited. Allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
To exchange an item please complete the Returns Form you received with your order, or print a copy of the Returns Form. Please fill out the form, circle the item you are returning, write in the item that you would like to exchange it for, and include this form when you mail your exchange to the address below. Include the item number, color and size that you would like. Include your credit card information for any additional charges incurred. If there is a credit, it will be processed at the time of exchange.
All exchanges will be FREE of charge to send the replacement item(s). Our gift to you!
Gift return & exchange credits will be refunded in the form of Store Credit or a Gift Certificate in the recipient’s name. If you would prefer a credit, credits will be made back to the original method of payment.
At times we will have final sale items. This will be noted on the product page and at check out. These items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Thank you for your understanding.
